Our Story

Monticello Realty is a real estate brokerage in Las Vegas that offers a complete array of products to help with all your real estate needs. Monticello Realty has helped a vast number of clients buy, sell, flip, and manage properties. Whether you are buying your first home, a vacation home, investment home, or flip property, our agents can help you. We specialize in buying traditional homes, auction homes, reo homes, and even short sale homes. Our agents specialize in helping our buyers find exactly what it is they are looking for.

When it is time to sell your home, our selling agents are focused on making it the smoothest transition possible. We understand that this is still your place of residence. We will schedule appointments to not be burdensome while still making sure your home is available to be seen and help you get the most out of your home. We have strong relationships with other companies who will assist in the process including escrow and title companies. We also work with attorneys to help successfully close on your short sale listings.

Jeremy Tippetts is a licensed Real Estate agent with 18 years of experience in the real estate industry. Previous to becoming a licensed agent in 2012, Jeremy worked for an investment group where he helped research and identify investment properties for purchase, assisted in the purchase transaction, managed the asset by finding qualified tenants, handled accounting, managed evictions, managed any repairs needed, etc for portfolio properties and assisted in the sale transaction when it was time to liquidate portfolio properties. Because of his extensive background, Jeremy is an expert in identifying and scrutinizing property for investment purposes. Since becoming a licensed agent he has helped many individuals and corporations buy and sell homes in all types of transactions and has a broad knowledge and experience in purchase, management, and sale of residential properties in Las Vegas.

Jeremy is a husband and father of 2. He is also involved in his local church and has lived in Las Vegas almost his entire life. Jeremy believes EVERY client deserves 100% effort regardless of transaction type. He has an excellent track record of return clientèle and referrals because of honesty, integrity, loyalty, and personal attention.

Jill Roundy - Realtor

Jill first became involved in real estate over 20 years ago and recently got involved again three years ago. She loves education and is RENE Certified (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) She has always loved the housing market and has bought and sold several of her own properties. Jill has over 25 years of Marketing experience and has ran her own marketing company most of that time.

Jill has served on several non profit boards and is involved at church and the community. She enjoys spending time with her children and grand children, and scuba diving with her husband.
